Access Statement for Higher Watchcombe Farm, Shute, Axminster, Devon EX13 7QN
Introduction
Five self-catering cottages plus 16th century farmhouse annexe (not suitable for the elderly or infirm due to spiral staircase). We are located 2 miles from Colyton in East Devon and a further 2 miles to the World Heritage Coast. Resident owners. We have a gravelled driveway which makes wheelchair access exceedingly difficult.
